1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering, purchasing, or accessing any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our No Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
KNOWLEDGE-BASED COURSES:

WE ARE NOT:

• Follow proper risk management principles
• Never risk more than you can afford to lose
• Accept full responsibility for profits AND losses
• Not hold Cyber Digital Resource liable for any trading outcomes
4. RISK MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENT
We strongly emphasize RISK MANAGEMENT throughout our courses. You agree to:
• Never risk more than 1-2% of your capital per trade (recommended)
• Use stop-loss orders to limit potential losses
• Avoid over-leveraging your trading account
• Diversify your trading strategies and positions
• Maintain proper position sizing
• Keep emotions in check and trade with discipline
• Never trade with borrowed money or essential funds
IMPORTANT: Risk management education is provided, but implementation is YOUR responsibility.
5. COMPREHENSIVE RISK DISCLOSURE
TRADING RISK WARNING:
Trading in stocks, forex, cryptocurrencies, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves SIGNIFICANT RISK and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.
YOU MAY LOSE:

COURSES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS":
• Without warranties of any kind, express or implied

• Based on instructors' opinions and experiences
7. NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
You explicitly agree that:
• NO REFUNDS will be issued after purchase
• Course access is granted immediately upon payment
• Digital products cannot be "returned"
• You have reviewed course descriptions before purchasing
• You waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or refund request
Reasons we DO NOT provide refunds:
✗ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
✗ Not meeting your expectations
✗ Lack of time to complete the course
✗ Trading losses after applying course knowledge
✗ Technical issues on your end
✗ Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content
✗ Finding information elsewhere

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this policy is FINAL and BINDING.
8. COURSE ACCESS AND USE
LICENSE GRANT:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.
YOU MAY NOT:
✗ Share, distribute, or resell course content
✗ Copy, reproduce, or download materials for redistribution
✗ Allow others to access your account
✗ Use content for commercial purposes
✗ Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
✗ Remove copyright or proprietary notices
✗ Use automated systems to access content
VIOLATION of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
We are NOT liable for losses from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ALL CONTENT IS PROTECTED:
All course materials, videos, documents, graphics, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Cyber Digital Resource and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. USER CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Cyber Digital Resource, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:
• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses resulting from your trading decisions
• Course content errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Technical issues, system outages, or access interruptions
• Third-party actions or market conditions
TOTAL LIABILITY CAP:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS Cyber Digital Resource from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of our courses or services
• Your trading activities and decisions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights
14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your access at any time
• Remove or modify course content without notice
• Discontinue any course or service offering
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Termination does NOT entitle you to a refund.
Upon termination:
• Your license to access content immediately ends
• You must cease all use of course materials
• Sections of these Terms that survive termination remain in effect
15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Material changes will be communicated via:
• Email notification to your registered address
• Notice on our website or platform
• In-course announcements
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS:

2. Attempt good faith negotiation for 30 days
3. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:
You agree that any dispute shall be resolved through individual arbitration, NOT class action lawsuits or jury trials.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and No Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyber Digital Resource regarding your use of our services.
19. WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
